Who we are.
We are the dedicated and passionate workers of Planned Parenthood clinics across Northern California who came together to stand up for our rights and improve our workplace conditions. With a shared commitment to justice, equality, and dignity for all, we have embarked on a journey and unionized with SEIU 1021. Through regular meetings, open conversations with our co-workers, and proudly "purpling up" by wearing union colors to work, we continue to build solidarity and strength in our collective efforts.
As frontline healthcare professionals, we believe in the importance of providing quality care and support to our patients. By unionizing with SEIU 1021, our voices are heard, our concerns are addressed, and our rights are protected.
Together, we work towards creating a fair and respectful workplace where every worker is valued and respected. If you work at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Northern California, join us as we strive to build a better future for ourselves, our colleagues, and the communities we serve.
